April 2018 - James consults for 'Rampage', a movie about CRISPR. His role is covered by STAT News in their 'morning rounds'! Maybe this will lead to a follow from The Rock, Naomie Harris, Jake Lacy, or Malin Akerman?!?! One can dream.
April 2018 - James wins Excellence in Teaching Award by the GaTech Women In Engineering Organization. Only 2 professors in College of Eng win, and it's chosen by the students themselves. so thank you for this honor!

August 2017 - We are hiring grad students and post-docs! Students interested in drug delivery, nano, DNA barcodes, or bioinformatics are encouraged to apply. Post-docs with a background in organic chemistry are encouraged to apply. The post-doc position is co-advised with the legendary M.G. Finn.
